Always excellent. If you need a same day appointment, no problem. You may see a paramedic or nurse practitioner if suitable but they can refer your case to a doctor if medication required. Bookable appointments are a bit of a queue to see a doctor but can have a telephone appointment faster, if applicable. We love our surgery & the staff. ?

I am very fortunate to have this as my practice I am a person that will go as and when I need too, which up to now isn't often.
The reception staff are helpful even though it hard to get appointment.
I have had great doctors in the past but if we all honest we all have our favourites which helps you open up and tell them your honest truth,I hope I can say that Mel the nurse really does help and such a listener
Also at the moment my doctor who I feel comfortable with is Dr Gandy although it 5 weeks until I can see her the whole practice is 10 out of 10
Thank you

Never a problem getting a Doctor's appointment on the day, face to face or by phone as necessary. Always an excellent service. All staff friendly and professional.

Mostly the service is excellent. Doctors and patients can have off days but on the whole I’ve seen the level of patient care rise to a point that I would now (September 22) struggle to fault it. You can see the results of a genuine desire to achieve improvement. Congratulations

I bruised myself badly falling from my bike, asked for some help. My hands, arms and knees were bleeding and I felt horrible pain. Receptionist first asked my name and all personal data, then mumbled something 'we have no free nurses/doctors', and then just kicked me out, saying "Go to Dawlish!" Injured, bleeding and with broken bicycle I had to go 9 miles to Exeter Hospital walk-in for help. Nice and helpful people, indeed.

I have just accompanied my daughter to a GP appointment at this practice and I am shocked and disgusted by the dismissive and patronising attitude of the doctor who saw her. I would like to suggest that if you wish to see a doctor at this practice, ask to NOT SEE Dr Cole. Terrible experience.
