My husband had the Romeo anti snoring treatment several times, and sadly there wasn't much improvement, the scores improved slightly on the app, however in reality he still snores just as bad as he was before. It is a big financial commitment, so I wouldn't recommend it unless someone has a lot of spare money.
We were desperate to improve his snoring so agreed to pay for it, but I wish we didn't waste the money on it.

Here I am writing this review at 5 am as I'm getting no sleep due to his snoring, after a good few months of treatment.

The place itself is lovely, and the staff seems nice too.

I have been surrfering with lower back pain for years and was recommended The Wellness Practice by a friend. Steve has is fantastic & very knowledgable regarding lots of different conditions. I had 3 different treatments and feel like a brand new person. Selina talked me through each treatment & I felt at ease and comfortable. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend if you are suffering with any kind of ailment.

What a fantastic place! It was recommended to me following a post-op infection and battle with cellulitis, and I booked in for the Oxygen Hyperbaric treatment, which was amazing. I then had a very insightful chat with Steve ( owner) about my brain fog. He introduced me to the cryo facial mask treatment. Combined, what a game-changer. I feel amazing, but what a fabulous business. Geared entirely to helping people recover and wellness, not just commercial profit. A genuinely caring local business. I cannot recommend enough. Well worth the trip.

I live with rheumatoid arthritis and recently found I had a Baker’s cyst (common for arthritis patients). The cyst had unfortunately ruptured and left me in excruciating pain. I could hardly walk! I came to the practice and had two sessions of the Body Ballancer (lymphatic drainage) and local cryo on my knee. I was walking normally and in much less pain! Steve and team saved me! The range of therapies available here are truly incredible and life changing! Don’t delay, go and see the team and see how you can improve your life! 🤩

I am a barrister in the royal navy and also an aspiring professional triathlete. I met Steven in the gym when I was talking about my upcoming race and how I had a niggle in my knee. To add context, I am racing in 5 days for a slot at the world championships in Bahrain Ironman 70.3 and a shot at my professional license. Today I had full body cryochamber and localised cryotherapy to target my injury, and I simply cannot believe how much it had relived the pain in my knee. I was struggling tj walk coming in and now I can run pain free. I couldn’t recommend the Wellness Practice enough.
