This was my first use of the Wellness Clinic and most definitely will not be my last. The whole experience was head and shoulders above what I expected.
I needed urgent appraisal whether or not I was immune to an particular virus.
I called in , received in a very welcoming reception and was offered an appointment next morning .
My reception next day was again very pleasant and even a coffee arrived!
Dr Flora Richardson was early, and actually ran slightly longer than my 20 minutes. She was charming, very reassuring and could not have been more attentive. She took a blood sample, saying that the lab would have the result in 24-48 hours, and she would telephone me. Her call was under the 24 hours, she discussed the results at length, and followed up by email. There was no charge for this extra time.
The whole thing was solved in under 2 days, and with a most pleasant manner , by both reception and Dr Richardson.
I recommend the Wellness Clinic without reservation. Barry Lambe

I had a Wellness check up appointment with Dr Flora. It was so good to be able to speak freely and not feel the pressure of time. I felt really listened to. The appointment was very thorough and the follow up was exactly as she said it would be. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them already to several friends .

I’ve had a great experience with The Wellness Clinic. It’s easy to book a same day appointment and Dr Richardson was great. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she listened to everything and suggested a blood test.
Results were back the next day and a few days later I booked in for a vitamin D injection and feel so much better already.
Yes, there is cost, but it really is worth it rather than waiting weeks for an appointment only to not feel confident with the outcome.
Highly recommended!

I attended earlier this year when I was unable to get a GP appt for something urgent. I didn't want to pitch up at A and E as the gp receptionist had suggested as it was neither an accident or an emergency....so i didnt want to block up A and E. But equally, it wasn't something that could wait weeks! Dr Flora saw me, listened to my concerns, examined and diagnosed and was able to refer me directly to the right department at the hospital. I had minor surgery days later, was such a relief to be able to get a diagnosis and treatment and not be left for weeks in pain. The whole experience from booking, the visit and the onward referral was exceptional. Thank you!
