I have used 4 personal trainers and chris is by far the best! He knows how to have a laugh, while putting you at ease and staying professional.

He always explains what the season is going to involve and shows you all the exercises so you know how to do it correctly, he will also make adjustments if it's to hard/easy for you.

He also dose a group class on a tuesday and spin on a Wednesday which is amazing!

I have been training with Chris for 8 months now and I have seen amazing results. I’m in better shape now than I was before I had my baby boy. He’s an awesome PT. He pushes you to believe in yourself but also makes each session fun, while challenging you to make sure you reach your goals.

Chris is a wonderful PT as he is an expert in his field but also cares for his clients and their progress. My son has autism and Chris knew just how to support him and would also offer me advice on how to improve his fitness levels. My son does not really interact with others but Chris engaged well with him and my son would chat and even make a joke when they were training! He explains clearly each step of the workouts and ensures you are getting the most out of his sessions. Would 100% recommend him!
