The receptionist I dealt with was really lovely & dealt with our booking efficiently.
When we went for the blood test for my daughter, some of the people were swearing & threatening. The lady remained very calm & treated us all the same...extremely politely. I think the receptionist needs a security guard after what I have experienced.

When i called to book a blood test, the receptionist was very rude and did not let me finish speaking when i was trying to find out from my non-English speaking parents whether it was fasting or non-fasting and they asked me to hang up the phone instead. Would not recommend this place unless they fixed their attitude.

not a bad centre at all but an array of anti social behaviour from youths outside the centre I wonder what the youth clubs are doing to keep these youngsters out of trouble or are they rubbing everything under the carpet allowing these youngsters to become bad people
