Returning from holiday, both of my ears were completely blocked and I was having to get everyone to shout at me!

A trawl of google, several emails and around eight phone calls yielded at best an offer of an appointment in two weeks. But when I called Parley in Blandford, the very professional and friendly receptionist offered me an appointment that very afternoon!!

I found the clinic very easily, and was able to park for an hour for free just up the street. I was met by Gerry who was expecting me and after a small amount of paperwork he started work, explaining everything thoroughly as he went along.

I've had earwax cleared before but only using the waterjet equipment: Gerry explained that as well as using this, they have have two other techniques available giving a range of options to suit all circumstances. The procedure was done in around half an hour and Gerry told me everything I need to know to monitor the situation in the future.

Researching earwax removal from abroad, it seems that it's a market that opticians have gone into: my experience is that for many advertising the service on Google, it's obviously very much I side-line. I would highly recommend using the dedicated professionals at Parley.
