I have been a patient at Warren Medical practice for years. There has been a genuine attempt over the last year or so to make improvements in the way the practice is managed. There is more communication with patients in terms of follow up calls and reminders of appointments. I have only seen two GPs; Dr Khider and Dr Vani at the surgery. Both have always been professional, take time to listen and always explain things clearly when you have questions.

they warrant Medical Centre is one of the best places i have ever visited, i had changed my Gp practice a lot, but luckily this is my favourite place, due to very nice and very caring Doctors especially Dr Delair Khider he’s very kind and very helpful i found him best Dr in earth 🙏 thank you so much for your good service sir 🙏definitely recommend 😊❤️

I was asked by the physio to book an appointment on Tuesday as they can only book so many weeks in advance, I called Tuesday and was told no bookings call back tomorrow.
I called back early the next day, sorry no bookings you will need to call back in November.
I’m my what a way to run an appointment system, no wonder people just give up trying to make appointments.

I had appointment with Dr Rudra she's new & rude not fit for this role. I really don't understand why this kind of people's refer them self as Dr & ruining people's health.Dr khider needs to consider before appointing someone . Now a day's am totally disappoint with this GP surgery.

Called the surgery to discuss a concern I had regarding my mother's recent appointment. Was told that they were dealing with an emergency and to write it down and hand it in addressed to the practice manager. The member of staff then hung up and was clearly not willing to talk to me any further. The practice is supposed to make available an online platform for patients to communicate with the surgery and I was not offered a patient-facing email address to use. How are people who work full time, are less able to travel or who are vulnerable communicate with the practice. This method of communication is not inclusive for the wider community and I would highly suggest people look for other surgeries to register with.
