Dear Hitesh,
Thank you for being so kind in helping me with the emergency prescriptions for my heart tablets. Has you know I accidentally left my tablets at home in Bridgend in South Wales. After staying the night in a hotel before flying out to America in the morning , I realised I did not have my tablets , and I only had 4 hours before departure to try and get some tablets. This was on Tuesday 29 October 2024. So I phoned the Pharmacy and spoke to Hitesh and this gentleman sorted everything out for me and my tablets were waiting for me to collect. I cannot thank him enough. It would have been a big problem on arrival in America trying to sort out my medication. Thank you again Hitesh.
