I rarely require medical appointments, however, recently I have needed to book a couple of appointments with the doctor for various things. Firstly, the receptionist each time has been very friendly, considerate and helpful. Secondly, I have managed to receive appointments on the same day as I've called up or on the following day! Can't fault the service from my current experience!

I don't live local to the area and had to pick up a prescription after a half an hour drive. The parking sign confused me, as I had been told to pick up my prescription from the Village Medical Centre, so I thought I'd be valid under the sign as a patient/client. As I had been told to pick it up from the Medical Centre, I didn't even realise the pharmacy was considered separate. I thought the bottom part of the sign was referring to a separate "Miracle John" building. I now have to pay a £60 fine so be careful when parking to use this pharmacy's facilities. I have attached the sign in the hopes others don't make the same mistake.

I'm normally a healthy person but have had to use the GP services several times over the last four months. I have used the e-consult every time to get a face to face appointment with a doctor. I have felt listened to and happy with the tests and treatments received. My appointments have not been rushed and I feel I have been able to discuss my various symptoms and get good outcomes. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and a particular nurse who has worked at Great Denham for many years. She always takes my blood as I'm not that keen on these, she makes me feel at ease. I have only ever had positive experiences at Great Denham.

I've never experienced such helpful and compassionate receptionist staff in any GP practice I've ever used. They are respectful, knowledgeable and I really can't fault them at all. The car park rules are understandably unpopular and I do feel for pharmacy users, but that isn't the fault of the staff working in the medical centre day-to-day. I had a really lovely midwife too and had all my appts here. No experience is totally perfect, and I have found my experience with GPs to be rather hit and miss, but I'm sure it's a stressful job and overall I have more to be positive about than negative.

Such amazing and super helpful reception staff! Had issues getting a prescription sent from the hospital to the doctors and they really helped me out and kept me updated all the time. So grateful for their help

Ringing every morning for 2 weeks at 8am to make an appointment for my baby. Still not managed to get through. Awful surgery.

Don’t go here, avoid. Go to a different medical facility. It’s not worth the hassle parking is a disgrace and when you park you get fined £100
