Awful rude receptionists ,go out of their way to be as awkward as possible for my dad who has dementia and requires a scheduled routine appointmentment monthly ,making us phone on the day for it ,even though it's imperitive he receives medication from a professional. Pharmacist in local area has commented on how rude staff are to deal with after pharmacy next door consistently didn't have correct medication for him . Bad news for vulnerable patients .

After ringing over 12 dental practices and being told no one is accepting new patients & put on a 3yr wait list, i got through to valley dental practice who was amazing very helpful & efficient and I was immediately given an appt for less than a weeks time! Amazing service unlike the rest - highly recommend especially as they are booking in pregnant ladies also without a wait.

Avoid, it seems to me that their only purpose is to keep you away from the actual NHS.

Just spoke to them and they're happy to potentially leave me without meds when my BP went to 183/121. Said, "they didn't have any evidence" of the BP being that high....
I'll leave as soon as I can.

Extremely helpful staff as my daughter is a student in Liverpool here and I came over so we could sign her up with Drs etc and The Valley Medical Centre isn't to far from her University and she got an appointment within a week (wouldn't happen as quickly as that at home) They also do open surgery in the mornings (not sure if its every morning) which is great too. I know my daughter is in safe hands x

Literally appalling - if you have the choice, avoid at all costs! Surgery booking process is completely archaic and in no way supportive of employed people! Zero advanced appointments as this option has been removed so the only option is to "call on the day" so working 8-4 it's almost impossible to fit this time table but if you are one of the lucky ones to get through, your appointment will be that day - giving your employer no notice or ability to plan for your absence... oh but you can book via the website... if there were appointments?! Looking for local alternatives as I type!!!

Absolutely terrible uncaring attitude out of reception staff told them that I thought I had a water infection and advised to go to chemist, after waiting in the chemist feeling very unwell was then told to go back to Dr as cannot treat me as I was over 64 ... then trying to get an appointment was next to impossible with the attitude of receptionist that was it I have now changed Dr's after 15 years in my opinion they have taken on so many patients they can't cope .

Can not book advanced appointments, issues with the app all the time and I do not like telling the none medical reception staff my personal medical issues for them to decide as to what importance to place me in the queue.

Absolutely dreadful when dealing with mental health. Booked an appointment to speak to my GP for new medication and when they rang me I asked if she could ring me back in 5 minutes whilst I went to a confidential area. Instead of ringing me back she just booked me in with the mental health nurse who can’t prescribe. Absolute joke. Should be ashamed of themselves and how they handle mental health is disgusting. Not even able to get referred to a community mental health team through them
