This was my first time at the centre and my first Reflexology treatment. As soon as I walked into the reception area I instantly felt relaxed and the scent in the room was amazing. Michelle was so lovely and explained how Reflexology works and how I may feel during the session. I have an hour of pure relaxation and really looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend.

Michelle and Amy are both amazing at their professions, they create a very calming atmosphere and are both lovely staff!
The building is very clean, calming and smells lovely, and the treatment rooms are private, comfortable and well maintained.
Treatment is professional, relaxing, comfortable and effective, Michelle’s skin treatments are very effective, and have caused my own skin to improve drastically, through the use of the products she recommends, and the professional care treatments she has given me.
A big thank you to the Therapy Centre for their time and effort, would definitely recommend to anyone interested!

Made to feel welcome, lovely setting and ambience. Everything was explained and instructions clearly given. Amy listened to my reasons for the massage and helped so much. The massage itself was amazing, so thorough and really zoned in on my tense areas. Had a range of movement in my neck and shoulders, that I have not had in months. So good that before I left, I booked in for another.

When I say that I would visit everyday if I could, I am not exaggerating. Both Amy and Michelle are amazing at what they do, and I say that having visited for years, having facials and massages. I found the therapy centre when I was struggling with adult acne and they sorted me right out, without ever making me feel uncomfortable or judged.

I had a stress relief massage with Michelle today and it was exactly what I needed. Michelle is always professional and puts me at ease. She always takes the time to have a chat and figure out what will best meet my needs that particular day. Today I needed to switch off, and that’s exactly what I got. I was so relaxed I fell asleep.

Amazing as always. I really can’t rate Michelle highly enough.

I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time!
Just the pick me up I needed at 31 weeks pregnant..

Michelle made sue I felt comfortable at all points of the massage. Definitely the best pregnancy massage I have ever had. I left feeling relaxed, de-stressed and can feel the difference in my aching back already.

The face and scalp massage was amazing; I will definitely popping back for one of those before baby is here!
