Sutton Benger Surgery is making every effort to get back to the fabulous surgery it used to be. The new reception staff are pleasant and welcoming , the pharmacy staff are very helpful and accommodating. Well done. BL

Probably the worst surgery going, I have lived in the village all my life. I rang to make an appointment only to be greeted buy the rudest of receptionist! And to be told that there are no appointments until the 17th (two weeks) I was then asked to ring at 14:00 to make an emergency appointment... Did so only to be told that there are no more slots? REALLY!!! about as useful as a snail in a race! So there for I would suggest joining another surgery and participating no more to this village! Therefore I am giving this a 1 ?.
DON'T EVEN BOTHER... RUDE! Use the online system!!! Why even have an receptionist? ... Never answer the phones, keep you on hold for an average 25mins...Will be writing an email to our local MP.

Very poor surgery. Used to be great but since covid hit, it's been appaling. Impossible to get an appointment, promises of call backs that never happen.. When you are "fortunate" to get through you'll be told to call 111 or go online to make an appointment, apparently receptionist can't book appointments, unless it's an emergency or seems.

Please don't join this surgery, go somewhere else.

Was a great doctors now only one doctor is good there dr church always late with tablets Etc impossible to get an appointment the doctor link is just hard work never anyone to answer calls to make an appointment it’s really sad or gone down hill so much
