Extremely happy with my experience in this clinic. It was easy to book an appointment and I was kept updated at every step. Dr was very patient with my Mom.
After many trips to A&E and different diagnoses, I felt like the Dr really listened and wasn't rushing us out the door.
Mom said she was very happy with how she was handled and spoken too.

The service provided by Dr. Sood was impecable. Very knowledgeable in his field, understanding, concise, direct and honest.

Moreover, his clinic provide a 24 hour service. It feels so relieving to be assessed by a profesional like him whenever you need it (via phone call and in person).

In my case it was through phone call, he listened carefully to every detail I mentioned, then expressed his professional opinion and he addressed and solved all my follow up questions, even past the time allotted for the consultation (without even rushing at all). He even answered my additional follow up questions after our call through a text message.

Dr Sood is a highly profession doctor ; he is pleasant and caring when dealing with his patients and the level of experience and knowledge he has of his craft is evident. We are very satisfied with the consultation provided by Dr Sood. Not only was he attentive to all the symptoms and prescribed a treatment that worked, but he also stayed in touch throughout the illness. We were always free to turn to him and report on the course of the disease, if something was of concern, and get a quick response. Dr. Sood himself was interested in how the treatment was going and was ready to see us even on a day off if we asked him to. We are very grateful to him for the attention and care he showed us. Dr Sood is not only a highly qualified doctor, but also a very kind person!
