The hold times for phone calls keep getting worse it is almost impossible to get an appointment. You need to know if you are going to be ill a few weeks in advance.

I honestly cannot fault Springs surgery. I’m tempted never to move again just so I can stay with this surgery. All of the staff from DRs, nurses and reception staff are fantastic. They definitely have the winning formula and should be an example to other surgeries in the areas surrounding.
Everything is always so well organised - the COVID jabs and flu jabs are always so well run.
Whenever I have need to use the service for myself or my young child I’m confident I’m going to get the best attention right from my first call.
The reception staff are kind and caring and can’t do enough for you. The DRs don’t just rush you through and instantly say everything is a virus, they listen and they take care to offer advice , medication if needed and follow up.
Yes things were different during and since COVID but I still think the surgery is fab and I don’t want to go anywhere else.
Keep doing what you’re doing - because it works and thank you.

Numerous issues have made the practice go down hill. Waiting times on the phone are ridiculous, usually you'd expect this if you're number 7 in the queue, however I mean even when you're first in the queue, it just rings and rings and rings. When in the surgery, their is either no one sat with the phone, or they just walk off and leave it. Some receptionist can come across as rude, which is always great. ALL appointments are over the phone now, they call you and often diagnose you over the phone which is ridiculous. If you're 'lucky' you'll get an in person appointment where it's actually a good experience. You need to hope that you don't have a late phone call appointment though because, if you do, you won't be able to come in as the surgery will be closed, yay.....

One star is generous.. Duty of care , Continuity of care and overall management of this practice is concerningly way below standard. Also now you can't make an appointment on-line , so for the working man who works 50-60 hours a week it's impossible to get thru using the phone system because yr caller number 20 in the queue.. There are adverts everywhere about getting yr prostrate checked but trying to get an appointment to do so is ridiculous !!

Best GP surgery I have ever been too. Everyone is SO friendly and helpful, their online consultation service is amazing and so easy to use. They always call back really quickly and appointments have always been offered on the same day. I am very impressed with the service I have received from them and highly recommend them.

I have always found the reception staff extremely friendly & helpful. In general I have mainly been able to get an appointment with the doctor I want to see.I use the on line prescription ordering service which I find easy & straightforward to use. Thank you for all you are doing in these very difficult times. Stay safe everyone.

Been here for about four separate appointments for different reasons. Saw a different Dr each time. Apart from one who weirdly asked me why I was concerned about a painful lump appearing in a joint, the others have been brilliant in all respects. The reception staff are sometimes vey busy and a bit stressed but overall I've found them polite and helpful. It's always been easy to get appointments and I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes over my appointment time to be seen. Compared to the surgery I was with before - 3 week wait times for appointments which overran by an hour or more, Drs tapping on PCs and being disinterested in you, reception staff who treated you like an inconvenience, week long waiting times to get prescriptions, etc - this place is a dream. And there's parking!
