Appreciated being able to get an appointment very quickly. However, I knew the “diagnosis” wasn’t accurate and decided not to take the prescribed antibiotics. Mistakes can be made, but the three stars are deducted because I asked that the doctor I saw contact me to discuss the error, was told she would, but she never did. Left feeling that they’d had my money, so no longer interested.

I was able to make an appointment to see a GP in the same day. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Dr Quinn took time to go through my medical history and asked me questions and listened. The whole process was made so easy, from booking the appointment, to seeing the Doctor and collecting my prescription . I am so pleased to have found The South London private Clinic.

Cannot book an appointment for the same day at my NHS GP, but I had a very painful infection so looked online and saw this clinic with good reviews. The doctor was very helpful and experienced and took the time to find an antibiotic which would suit me. Only missing one star as I have had anaphylaxis before and been told repeatedly by various consultants that I must wait at the doctor/hospital half an hour after taking any antibiotics I am not used to - I thought I might have had it before but was not certain. The doctor wanted to go to lunch and seemed very uneasy about letting me sit in the waiting room. The area was not closing so I'm not sure what the problem was, but I felt pressured to leave after twenty minutes. Luckily no adverse reaction, so all was fine, and the doctor contacted my GP very swiftly so they rang me and actually offered me an appointment the next day! Thank you for your efficiency, South London Private GP. Would certainly use again if NHS not available.
