I have a huge phobia of dentists. The staff and dentists at The Smile Centre take their time with me, always make me feel relaxed and reassured. If I need to stop for any reason they will do. They're always happy and friendly, very professional and do a great job.

I had a difficult molar extraction at The Smile Centre and was genuinely impressed by how smoothly it went. The dentist was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting. I was expecting a fair bit of discomfort, but the entire procedure was completely pain-free — even though it wasn’t an easy tooth to remove.
The dentist was also kind and reassuring with a good sense of humour too throughout, which really helped me relax. Excellent care all round — highly recommended if you’re anxious about dental work or facing a tricky extraction.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, and they’ve always been spot on. No hassle when it comes to changing appointments, and the staff are always happy to help with anything.

Had a check-up today and can’t thank Ellie enough for her brilliant customer service—both in person and over the phone when I needed to reschedule.

My dentist, Nayyab, was excellent at explaining everything clearly and outlining what needs to be done moving forward.

I’d recommend this place to anyone. Their treatments are reasonably priced, and the overall service is top-notch.

I had an extraction at The Smile Centre this morning with specialist Jack Thomas Stanley. I can’t praise him highly enough. What a lovely man, so kind and caring and no pain felt! The experience was very straightforward and for all those who might be nervous, don’t be. Jack is the best of the best and so quick I couldn’t believe he’d done anything! A massive thank you Jack.

Posting on behalf of mum. Had a brilliant experience today when my mum had to her tooth removed as emergency. The dentist and health assistant were so patient, reassuring and helpful from start to end. Made sure me and mum feel supported and information about the whole procedure and after care. Did a brilliant job removing the tooth with no further damage or pain.

I’ve been at the Smile Centre for several years now and I am very satisfied with the services they provide. Wait times for appointments can be long (like most NHS dentists) but when I do go, the experience is pleasant and my dentist Elizabeth is friendly and gives advice without being condescending (even when I haven’t flossed enough!). Text reminders for appointments are also very useful and making/changing appointments is easy enough.

I have been attending the Smile Centre for over twenty years now , and it's a very straightforward well run Dentist Surgery.
Liz the Dentist I see , is very polite and friendly, she is very thorough in examing my teeth , and explains any issues in a straightforward, informative, easy to understand way.
The receptionists are very organised and deal with things efficiently.
The Dentist surgery is very clean and welcoming.
The Dentist surgery welcoming NHS customers is a major plus , with me being a low wage earner .
I highly recommend the Smile Centre 👍
