Carrie made me feel at ease straight away and is a very friendly warm person . She helped get my voice back after a vocal strain caused by overdoing some challenging rock vocals .She listened , analysed and provided a personal programme of exercises and advice . Carrie is a warm, perceptive and attentive vocal therapist. I've found her tailored and specific advice indispensable. I had her laryngeal massage for the first time yesterday, it felt amazing immediately and has been effective in relieving pain, stiffness and vocal scratchiness in a way that I had not thought possible. I'd highly recommend her for anyone having problems with their singing voice.

As a singing teacher researching behavioural therapies for voice for a research project (at MA level), I reached out to Carrie for some continued professional development. As a singing teacher and a registered speech and language therapist, Carrie was uniquely poised to field all my questions; she was the perfect mentor. She brought so much nuance and expertise to our sessions. I think the best aspect of all was learning about her holistic approach to working with people - everything is based in feedback from the client and in what will best help them achieve their goal. I used what I learned with her in my practice every single day. In addition to her knowledge and experience, Carrie was unfailingly kind, interested, and supportive. Carrie is super knowledgable and incredibly easy to talk to. She is caring, compassionate and supportive. She has provided me with lots of advice on dealing with acid reflux which was causing vocal pain. I’ve noticed a huge difference since following her advice and that combined with vocal massage is a must! I have also been using the VitaVoice capsules for a few months now and have noticed less dryness and fatigue vocally. I can’t wait to try the teas !

Carrie was really friendly and made me feel comfortable as I was quite nervous to sing after an injury to my neck/trauma to vocal cords. She helped me work through my range in the session giving me exercises to take home and implement to continue my rehab. Would highly recommend.

Carrie was so kind and gentle during my laryngeal massage. She described what we were feeling for and frequently asked if the level of manipulation was comfortable for me. Afterwards she taught me some super exercises for self-care which I am really looking forward to trying. I found it a fascinating experience, particularly as a singer/singing teacher and would highly recommend her services.
