I cannot praise this doctor surgery and the doctors more in fact the whole staff from the minute you dial the number or go in everyone is so helpful and so nice. Phoned up first thing this morning and by 9:15 bearing in mind for surgery opens at 8:30. I have collected a prescription, and started my medication. I don’t think anybody else could’ve done more. I am so grateful for this surgery.

Been with this doctors over 20 years and want to start by saying I am not a frequent visitor and only go when absolutely necessary. After pushing for a diagnosis for 8 years and being made out like I was imagining things/ being dramatic, and being told I was too young to have the condition, I finally found out I was right all along and received a diagnosis after suffering all that time. Upon visiting the doctors to discuss my diagnosis the doctor had to ask me to explain the condition because he didn’t know what it was (this condition affects 1/20 people. it is NOT uncommon and should be knowledge of a doctor) He also could of given the condition a quick bit of research knowing I was coming in to discuss it and what this now means for me?The same day I mentioned I thought my surgical wounds were infected to which the Doctor replied “oh okay” with no ask to even see them. Family members and friends have also noticed a huge decrease in knowledge and helpfulness with this surgery in the last few years. Therefore I won’t be staying here long

I recently visited the practice and saw Dr. Watts. I was impressed by the swift referral process, which was handled efficiently and with great care. Dr. Watts was thorough and attentive, ensuring I received the necessary follow-up quickly. Additionally, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service all around!

Well cared for. The nurse checked that I have everything that I need. She made me realised that I am entitled to some vaccines. I ended up with doing two more things that I didn’t plan to do. Well done Amelia for your quick thinking.

GPs were always top, but they used to be let down by the most awful receptionist. The man they have now is excellent, a breath of fresh air. Dare I say a joy to visit the GP as there is minimal wait, friendly staff, parking and it’s clean.
