Genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service from The Sides. I’ve always had terrible experiences with doctors in the past but at The Sides, getting an appointment is easy and I love the online form so I don’t have to sit on hold all morning. I have always been able to have my problem resolved that day. All the staff are kind, efficient and very helpful. I had bloods done and the results were on my NHS app the next morning. Prescriptions are always ready whenever I need them. Genuinely don’t have a bad word to say, and I never thought I would have such a positive experience with an NHS doctors but I have been very pleasantly surprised!

I’ve been with the practice for 9 years now and I have always received excellent care. The new online triage system is amazing - none of the 8am telephone lottery to get an appointment or sitting for hours in the waiting room. Often things get sorted without me needing an appointment with the doctor. But when it’s urgent, I’ve always been able to get an appointment and follow on care. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I can’t praise them highly enough.

Communication from the surgery is consistent and responsive. Being able to use the "contact your GP" online service is a useful and supportive tool (although I readily appreciate that many people will still struggle and some are being left behind with advancement in technology). My experience is very positive and all communication is responded to usually within the hour. My husband's recent contact with surgery was an outstanding experience. He was seen within 30 minutes of contact being made, assessed, sent on his way for additional treatment referral letter in hand. Two week wait referral made same day with follow up actioned immediately. Delighted to highlight excellence in a world where people can too easily jump on the bandwagon of criticism. Well done to all who work at Sides Medical, your work and commitment is valued

I recently moved to the area and live local to the practice, I had my son just over 6 months ago and the care I have received from The Sides Practice has been unbelievable. Everytime I have needed advice for myself or my son they have sorted an appointment the same day. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot fault it at all - best doctors I’ve ever used by miles!

I moved to the Sides Medical 5 years ago go as I was unhappy with my previous practice it was a great move I have had good experience with the practice nurses reception staff, the in house pharmacist sought and researched a different type of medication. The staff are friendly and approachable. I would recommend.
They also liaise well with the pharmacy next door

Well organised and efficiently run practice. Staff are all very friendly and helpful both on the telephone and face to face. Triage facility is excellent and provides on the day decision, whether it be for an apointment or for medicstion. Staff will do their upmost to assist with whatever is required.
The service provided online is very useful and easy to use with good results.
Such as when ordering medication, booking appointments.

Excellent surgery, reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Every GP I’ve seen has always listened to me and been great with diagnosis and treatment.Appointments are easy to book and the online forms are a great idea to stop you having to keep ringing over and over again in a morning to get a same day appointment. I have already recommended this surgery to family who are now patients of this surgery.

I am writing this on behalf of my mum who is registered blind.
The Sides team provides excellent care and support. Firstly they let my Mum speak and listen to her before discussing with her a treatment plan. She always comments on how she has felt part of the consultation. Then there are the receptionists who are aware of Mums impairment and will take her to the consultation rooms when she is called in, keep an eye on her whilst she is there and if I am not with her they will ring a taxi for her.
A lovely surgery with a wonderful team of professionals.
