Friendly, polite, considerate and attentive staff from the lady on reception to everyone I met during my stay. All the medical staff were very thorough with explaining my procedure to me along with all the after care instructions/who to call if i had any concerns. I was also told of follow up appointments I would be asked to attend. Many thanks to all involved in my treatment and care during my stay ... Mr Flynn, Cat, Dee, Tina, the lady in recovery, the porter, the lady who took my lunch order and anyone else I've missed.

I have just returned home from this clinic having had a hip replacement. I cannot express enough the wonderful experience I had whilst in there. Very lovely happy attentive staff right from the surgeon to the food service. The day I arrived I was taken to my room. The surgeon miss jane webber came to see me to discuss what would be happening. The same with the anesthetist. Nurses were brilliant too. Always cheery and it was genuine! I was well looked after and really enjoyed my first meal after my operation. Lovely food! Alice also came to see me for my physio and got me up on my feet. I do hope I haven't forgot anyone ! Also the pharmacist who gave me clear instruction on my medication for when home.

I have had amazing care here at Saxon clinic my surgeon Mr James has been amazing with all the information face to face or video calls when needed leading up to the operation.
on the day all the staff have been brilliant from the receptionist to the nurses
especially my night nurse
(FARRAH BOND) she has been so amazingly friendly / kind you can just tell she loves her job and her patients and she really shows she cares.

Only one problem with the clinic is adding 11 more spaces just isn’t enough the car park is just to small and they need a mini one high multi story installed

We had to sit and wait in the car for 20 mins for someone to leave in order to get a space

I just had a full hysterectomy here at Saxon Clinic. From the very first appointment to my discharge after 2 nights stay, everything was pretty perfect. Reception staff were lovely, my surgeon and his team were amazing and the nurses were absolutely wonderful! Not forgetting the lovely Christopher (the blood guy) the cleaning staff and the lovely catering ladies. Everyone was so kind and friendly! The food was delicious too! I will always choose Saxon Clinic if I need to in the future and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for looking after me.

I have recently attended the Saxon Clinic for the second time in 3 months for my second knee replacement. The first visit gave me the confidence to face what is a daunting operation with the full knowledge I would be fully looked after and treated with special care. I experienced wonderful cheerful staff who were highly professional but in a supportive manner that felt they cared and wanted me to have a pleasant stay. My 11 year old son had his adenoidectomy and turbinates done at Saxon today. All the staff from reception , catering, theatre were fab. The nurses Angela and Rachel took the best care of our son and us and kept us in the loop at all times. Ms Hunt our consultant has always been brilliant in listening to us and following us through. On the day of surgery was no different she came and spoke to us immediately after surgery and then again later on. Would 100% recommend Saxon services for all .

My experience at the Saxon Clinic was seamless from start to finish, from the initial consultation to my discharge after hallux valgus correction surgery. My surgeon answered all my questions and addressed my concerns prior to the surgery, including the risks involved.

I was also well-informed about what steps to take if I had any concerns or needed advice post-surgery, with clear instructions and contact numbers provided.

The staff were professional, attentive, and supportive throughout. Everything was very well planned, and all my questions were thoroughly addressed, which reassured me that I was in excellent hands.
