I had surgery privately at the Royal Free on the 21st of August, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience—from the pre-surgery tests to my stay afterward. The staff on the private ward were incredibly kind and caring, and the facilities were spotless. I especially want to mention Rose Ann, a nurse who was assigned to me one night during my stay. She was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond in every way.

I was a bit apprehensive going in due to some of the reviews, but the care I received was nothing short of exceptional. Despite being in pain, the staff did everything they could to keep me comfortable. Having family with me in the room for most of the time also made the experience much easier. I highly recommend it.

So to get a prescription here following your appointment with the doctors is quite fhe rigmarole - you can't use the Lloyds Pharmacy in the hospital, because it won't accept the private prescriptions, and you can't use the in patients pharmacy without the prescription traversing the hospital system which takes hours. I've just watched a nurse advise a limping woman to take her prescription to Boots, ten minutes away from the hospital. And this is the private system! Process before patients at every step.

Recently my mother was treated at Royal free private. Despite the language barrier, the amazing staff at Lyndhurst room at Royal free London made her feel so homely that she did not even feel uncomfortable or confused.
Everybody was smiling and so empathetic at the same time. I was also surprised to experience the quality of the food and service as a whole.

I must say that one person, the customer service manager Eman, definitely stands out.
She checked on my mother's wellbeing and kept in constant touch from the first day of our contact. She definitely helped me to convince with utmost professionalism and empathy to get my mother's operation at Royal free as I was undecided initially. Everything at Lyndhurst is superb, hence why I will not cease to recommend you guys.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my nephew received at the Royal Free Hospital in London, particularly under the attentive supervision of Dr. Reys Evans and Eman Aboalnasr and Mr Prodromos Laftsidis. When my nephew arrived from Cairo, he was facing a challenging medical situation it was critical that required not only expert attention but also compassion and understanding.

From the moment we arrived, Dr. Rhys and Eman demonstrated remarkable professionalism and empathy. They took the time to thoroughly assess his condition, explaining each step of the treatment process with clarity and kindness. Their ability to communicate effectively with both patients and family members made a significant difference during a stressful time.

Throughout his stay, they meticulously managed every aspect of his care, from Life treating cases … to pain management until he stabilized. Their dedication to ensuring my nephew's comfort and well-being was evident. Thanks to their efforts, he experienced a significant reduction in pain and a remarkable transformation in his overall condition.

By the time he was ready to return home, he was not only physically better but also uplifted by the kindness and support he received from the entire medical team. The level of service and attention provided by Dr. Rhys and Eman was truly unbreakable, and we are incredibly grateful for their hard work and commitment.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rhys and Eman and Mr. Prodromos for their outstanding contributions to patient care. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication make them invaluable assets to the Royal Free Hospital, and I am confident they will continue to positively impact the lives of many patients in the future.

Went to have an,MRI scan done in Hadley wood.My appointment was in the morning had to wait quite long because the nurse were outside drinking coffee not in rush at all. After that I was called in and the nurse called Eden was extremely rude and very unpleasant !! I hate MRI scans because I am claustrophobic and she couldn't care less how I feel!! You treat people with respect and be kind always but she wasn't!!,Hope not to see her again!!!
