Been today to the Ridge after many phone calls to various departments for information regarding feedback was pleasantly surprised on how helpful one of the receptionist there who was very helpful and was understanding. She had a very large queue of people waiting to be seen but was calm efficient and gave us help and information that was needed. Would like to thank Melody so nice to find such an amazing helpful lady. Well done the Ridge for such an asset to your team

The staff are amazing and friendly. I booked an appointment through patches due to a on going medical condition that wasn't resolved by a diffrent practice and was dismissed. Today I visited Alan Johnson ,who was very understanding aswell as helpful. Alan prescribed me with the medications I need and directed me to the local pharmacy to dispense my medication. Huge thank you to Alan. Overall my experience was smooth and stright forward.?

Every time I call and every every time their attitude is like they are doing a favour to us, you are getting paid to sit down and make an appointment no need to be in a bad mood. Keep your personal problems to yourself and if you need to book and appointment yourself would you expect people on the other end speak to you guys same way all of you speak to them. Hence next time I must tell them I am recording everything on this call. Do you job don’t and do yourself a favour you are here in health industry not in a debate competition.

Rang before as need a new GP as not been registered with one for a while.

They told me to register online which I did now nearly over 7 days ago, had no call or contact from them.

Ive attempted to ring back now everytime advises line is busy, very bad service. It's getting that bad that it affects my job not having a GP.

Phoned 210 times this morning from 8.15 to try get an appointment, but was solid engaged, so gave up before actually getting through. The NHS is definitely broken, at least in Bradford. My sister can phone or pop into her Drs and get an appointment with ease.

Stupid staff. Always no appointment. Recording saying can book until 12noon. No appointments no appointments. As a Hight bold suger patient trying 4days to book appointment to see the doctor. Bloody receptionist simply sayied you are not a urgent patient.. should be need to take action for ridge medical practice ..

tried calling 300 times this morning, constantly line busy however this seems to also be the case throughout the day. It's a joke of a practice but the GP's get paid no matter what so what do they care. NHS has been a joke since the last labour Govt...

Physio experience was when came see Dr Chris Harrison
I had sprain my arm
He examination and he referred me to physio. Which gives me plenty exercise to do.
My Arm made a lovely recovery
And I can use back too normal.
Over all Dr Chris Harrison is marvellous Doctor.
First time I see him from GP behind close doors at my local GP behind close doors at cousins Road 2018
