When are children are sick the reception team always do their best to accommodate us, and we really appreciate that especially when we know how busy you all are. Dr Madden was lovely with our son today but generally we’ve found that all the Dr’s and nurses in this GP surgery are great with the children and us during every appointment or interaction we’ve had over the past four years. They take time to listen, help us, agree treatment plans and follow ups or referrals as necessary. And we can’t fault the brilliant pharmacy team next door either. Keep it up & thank you

Honestly this is the best doctors I’ve ever had. I always manage to get an appointment same day if I ring at 8 and I always feel so looked after by the staff. One particular receptionist is so lovely and remembered me from a previous visit and offered sympathy that I was back so soon for a second post natal issue. I feel the consultation was thorough and professional and I even got a referral for a scan the same day. Dr Mackareth was really friendly and kind as I was in a lot of pain. Would recommend this practise to anyone in the area!

I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback regarding my recent appointment at your practice.I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The environment was clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place for patients. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of Dr. Clare Malpas, She communicated clearly and listened to my concerns with great care. I appreciated how she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions promptly.Overall, I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Dr White is exceptional! He is always patient and dedicated to help in the best way possible. He is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease and has a great attitude to provide excellent care. The reception staff are very helpful and considerate and it's a simple process to book an appointment, I have always managed to get an appointment. Highly recommended!

I had my first Smear today with nurse Kathrine she was AMAZING!! She made me feel so at ease and put all my worries aside as I had been putting it off for quite a while. I 100% recommend signing up here. All the Nurse, Drs and Receptionist are so lovely and informative and make sure they always cover all basis when you are in for an appointment. Well done Range ☺️

I’ve been a patient at The Range for just a few months and can say it’s by far the best GP practice I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are so lovely, patient and welcoming.

My appointment was set up really quick, and the talk to your Doctor/Nurse online option is perfect for arranging non-urgent appointments.

I’ve had very smooth appointments so far and the doctors were helpful. I’ve recently seen Tamara and she was very professional, caring and sympathetic. She made me feel relaxed and not worry about my symptoms. I think she’s the best consultant so far.
