I recently visited The Range in Grimsby to buy some new furniture for my house. I was really impressed with the selection of furniture they had on offer, and I was able to find the perfect set for my needs. The staff were also very helpful in helping me choose the right furniture for my space.

Shambolic. Bought a mirror, got home to find it was broken, obviously took care getting it home as its a mirror. Returned the mirror to not get a refund but for them to take out another £30 out.

Asked a member of staff the location of picture hook wire. He just said "it's in DIY"... Great help.. didn't direct me or anything else.

Had a ferel child start "meowing" at me too, disturbing visit.

The staff didn't seem to know what day it was either which was frustrating.

Safe to say this is one of the worst "The Range" stores I have visited over the years. Probably will return as it's the only one locally but will have to be at a desperate cost.

Went to collect a click and collect, had a faff initially as I kept being told they needed a barcode when I wasn't sent one, turns out I didn't need one 🙄 then when I got home they had only given me half of my order so I then had to ring up and await a call back after they had checked the cupboard and yep it was there and waiting for me to collect so more time wasted and fuel used backwards and forwards. I also find the shop extremely cramped and not an enjoyable experience walk around, it is always my last resort shop

Terrible organisation. No staff available to help, many items without prices and the staff looking very fed up when found hiding away. Will avoid shopping here for a while, no wonder always advertising for staff 🤷

I absolutely love the Range and all it has to offer buy find that everything is on top of each other and not a lot of space to pass other or with a trolly. The Grimsby's Range is very cold and the toilet facilities are a disgrace

Situated in the center of Great Grimsby, the RANGE has a comprehensive selection of home necessities and gardening needs. There are also toilet facilities, within the store, which is an essential part of any large family store,

Somewhat chaotic due to lots of empty shelves awaiting Christmas stock. This in my opinion also contributed to other areas not having been re stocked properly. So I was unable to get everything I had gone for. Add in long queues for the till meant I was less than impressed with my visit !
