We had a relaxing time at the private spa! The space was extremely clean, and the aesthetic vibe made it feel even more special. I booked the birthday package for a surprise, and it was such a nice touch to have a cake, balloons, face masks and salt scrub waiting for us upon arrival.
Sarah was friendly and professional. She took the time to explain how all the facilities worked. The hot tub, sauna, steam room, and pool were all in great condition. We left feeling refreshed, and we will definitely be booking again!

Was taken here as part of birthday surprise and was absolutely blown away!! This spot is absolutely stunning, just wonderful aesthetics beautiful from top to bottom. As soon as I walked in Ann was so warm and lovely & showed us around this beautiful private spa. There was a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and plunge pool - we had more than enough towels and were provided with slippers. My only wish is that we were there longer! I had the birthday package so there was cake, cocktails, a scrub and face masks. I will definitely be back!!

Visited the branch in Stratford and honestly it was stunning.
We were greeted in the nicest way possible, staff were friendly and once we entered our own private space me and my husband were blown away.
The spa area itself is private, clean, luxurious, and super relaxing - Didn’t feel like we were still in London!
We were given towels, robes, slippers, a birthday cake, drinks and clear instructions on how to use everything.
Hubby was extremely happy with his birthday treat and we will definitely book again in the future.

Such a great experience!

When we first entered, we were warmly greeted and showed around the spa.

The attendant showed us how to use the facilities in the private spa, along with recommendations to maximise our time there!

Robes, towels and slippers are provided - along with bottles of water and a platter of fruit.

We booked the deluxe package which was £220 (2 hours).

I recommend if you want some privacy whilst enjoying spa facilities. What would have gained an additional star from me, is the option to add on a massage.

I had the most incredible experience at this spa—it was truly out of this world! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is serene, private, and immaculately clean, making it the perfect escape from the outside world. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of relaxation and comfort.

The service was beyond amazing. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. They made sure every aspect of my visit was seamless, from check-in to treatment and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.

The spa itself is a sanctuary—peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The lighting, music, and overall ambiance were perfect for unwinding. I especially appreciated how private everything felt, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the treatments.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to incorporate more greenery—whether real or artificial—to enhance the tranquil, nature-inspired vibe even further. Also, a more private changing area for groups would be a great addition, making it even more comfortable for those visiting with friends or family.

Overall, this spa exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and be pampered, this is it! Highly recommend!

Loved it the sauna was really good, the steam room was great too. You can adjust the temperature on the jacuzzi and change the settings. They have showers and gave cold water, robes, slippers and towels. The pool was my favourite, it’s not too deep but feels more spacious when you’re in it. They also have bluetooth so you can connect your phone and play music. Overall 10/10 will be visiting again!

My husband took me to the private spa for my Birthday in August.
We had a lovely welcome by the receptionist who showed us to our changing space, where we were met by 2 drinks and a fruit platter. She showed us around and gave us a quick tour on how to use all the equipment, switch on the jacuzzi etc, then we were left alone to enjoy our time.

I would not recommend the spa, it doesn’t look like the initial pictures anymore, it has not been maintained very well and cleaned to a proper standard, you would think for the money, they would invest in keeping it looking pristine. It looks very tired and needs a refurb.

I really love the concept but it’s just needs some love.
