An exceptionally positive experience. Dr Bartlett is a kind, warm and empathic Doctor who is incredibly thorough, and really listens to your concerns, without any judgement. The practice nurse's are amazing - again very kind and compassionate. The reception team are friendly and efficient, booking appointments are stress free and quick! Would highly recommend this practice. I felt very valued and well looked after by everyone.

I have used The Private GP Clinic at Underriver near Hildenborough, Kent on several occasions and 'have always found Dr. James Bartlett caring, focused, and effective in his diagnosis and prescribed treatments.
At a time when the NHS and their GP's are overwhelmed, this GP clinic is my cost effective destination when I have medical issues, when I know I can be seen and diagnosed and sorted quickly.

Richard, the Practice Manager, said my mother would receive exceptional care and it has been phenomenal from every member of staff, we have been looked after with the most amazing care.

Great practice with wonderful doctors and nurse who take time to listen to and treat patients. Booking an appointment is a painless process compared with NHS GP practices and I have been able to see a doctor at the Private GP Clinic when needed urgently. Highly recommended.

Have been using the Private GP and Dr Bartlett for years for all my family. Often in high demand, but Dr Bartlett is how doctors should all be. Has expedited our health, reassured us and done everything he can in every visit.

This is the biggest GP scam I have seen in this area. They obviously know how difficult it is to obtain a NHS GP appointment and completely abuse the situation. I only needed a GP referral but this practice was only prepared to give me a 40 minute in person appointment with the GP at a cost of £150. When I tried to explain that a 40 minute face to face consultation was totally over the top for my problem (a problem which the GP could do nothing about anyway apart from referring me to a specialist consultant) they were adamant that the 40 minute face to face was needed in order to get to know me. Moreover, the receptionist answering my call was arrogant, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Avoid this practice at all cost!
