Hello everyone, I had the pleasure of meeting Ravi again today which was an excellent experience As always with the help of his kind assistant, Aimee. The reception team were very friendly, including Gemma Anna and Nicola who gave a warm welcome when I walked through the door.
I can’t speak highly enough of Ravi’s professionalism on each occasion that I come to The Private dental Centre and he went over and above as always to make me feel comfortable and I left very satisfied with the treatment. I must admit, Ravi is the kindest dentist I have ever met from welcoming before having treatment , confidence during treatment and giving advice at the end of how to care for your treatment. Calm and professional experience as soon as you walk through the door. Thoroughly recommend my dentist Arjun, talked me through the treatment I required from essential to bits j might like. Absolutely no pressure, he listened to what I would like and set me a plan.
Stephanie the hygienist was amazing, my teeth were not the best, after two sessions my teeth have improved so much now I do not have any plaque!
Before I would dread going to the dentist……now I love it!😁

This dental practice does not feel like the typical dentist, the building is beautiful and when you are in the waiting rooms it feels more like a spa reception than a dentist. The dental rooms are also very comfortable and spacious which adds to a luxurious environment. The professionals I have seen have all been very thorough and clearly have their patients best interests at heart. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dental practice who wants to help you and will make you feel at ease.

Calm and spacious dental practice. Excellent dental team were very friendly, timely and explain what they are going to do and any recommended treatment plan.

Would be a five star review however reception admin staff seemed quite swamped at the payment desk and did not give time to explain how booking follow up treatments work and deposits taken, did not inform me of the amount/ percentage that would be debited only that it would be refunded to my dental account if I needed to reschedule with notice. Not sure how much notice needed and what amount of deposit would be lost.

Excellent Service from start to finish on my treatment, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, but more importantly to anyone who is nervous of dental treatment as I wouldn’t go on my own at first, but I soon put at ease by my dentist and now go alone.
Obviously more expensive than NHS treatment, but in my opinion worth every penny because of the first class service & understanding I have received. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I used this practice for many years and moved area so moved Dentist, however after 2 years I have returned, because the service you receive at the Private Dental Centre is the best. I am happy to travel 2 hours for this service. I need some treatment and Chandler my dentist has been excellent, explaining everything and giving me options. I am confident in his advice and I amsure my issues will be resolved.
