Brilliant service! Phoned in the morning after developing a neck/shoulder problem and managed to get an appointment for the afternoon. Kayla was very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job of treating the problem 👌😎

Always been a great experience. Visited Tom last year initially about shin splints, he managed to completely remove the pain within a few sessions. Since then I’ve been visiting Tom for regular sessions for my back. He’s kept me in good health able to run a marathon. Would highly recommend The Prime Practice

I booked an appointment with Prime Practice through my gym, Optimum Fitness, in Tetbury because of persistent hamstring problems. I've only had one session so far, with sports therapist Tom Tidy, but the difference already is amazing. I would thoroughly recommend Prime Practice.

Really quick diagnosis and treatment of a sciatic nerve issue presenting in my hamstring area. Rehab stretching exercises already helping my recovery a lot. Hannah has been incredibly helpful - would definitely recommend!

I am very impressed with Prime Practice, they are always very professional and helpful. They are prompt on confirming appointments and rescheduling. I have been working with Tom Johnson on a knee injury and he is brilliant. He has helped me get back to exercising and running and continues to help me get fully mobile again.

I sprained my ankle when running and couldn't even walk let alone run, Tom Johnston of the Prime Practice Stroud branch sorted me out with an exercise course followed by short runs and then gave me a link to a couch to 5k course of 9 weeks with 3 runs per week which I have just completed.
I am now feeling great with no pain at all, and am over all much fitter.
