I have had back problems for a while and Jo Ann at pressure point came highly recommended . After only one session I cannot believe how much difference she has made and I am now virtually pain free. I found Jo professional, highly knowledgeable and skilled. She took time to listen to me and gave me great aftercare advice regarding exercises and back care. I found her warm and very genuine. The aftercare was marvelous and she even emailed me a week later to see how I was. I have visited a number of physios and sports massage therapists and have never had the service I have had with Jo Ann. I cannot recommend pressure point and Jo Ann enough.

Absolutely first class. I've had a few separate injuries caused by running or cycling and Jo put it right on the day. Jo is very professional and always interested in what you have to say, offers great advice and always very accommodating, even at short notice. Brilliant value and genuinely couldn't speak highly enough of the service I received. I've always relied on Jo to help me get ready/recover for events and she's never let me down. Hands down, the best physio I've used and will continue to use.

I started to see Jo at Pressure Point and asked about a sports massage when my legs were feeling heavy, tired and tight muscles.
Jo has fantastic knowledge on body recovery, amazing to talk to I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. My training and overall fitness are much better. Thank you.

Couple of weekly sessions with Claudia and the difference is unreal. My shoulders were in bits this week after training and within just one session directed at the shoulder area I felt like a new person. Also reasonably priced, nice location and really lovely friendly staff member. Thanks.

I visited Jo last October with a bad back that literally came out of nowhere, it was so painful and I was unable to function at all, work, look after my family or walk! Jo was able to quickly diagnose my problem and after only a few sessions I was back to normal - I had complete faith in Jo from the outset and her knowledgeable., friendly and calm manner really put me at ease. Jo has since become part of our family healthcare and has been able to help two of my daughters, one with a sports injury and the other with poor posture and self esteem due to a scoliosis (curvature of the spine). Could not recommend highly enough.

I've been to a few Physio's but Jo is definitely the best. Jo makes you feel very comfortable, she listens to your concerns and then treats/gives advice that will help long term. Would highly recommend The pressure Point! 5 stars from me 🙂
