Been with the practice 6 years and haven't had an issue until they introduced the evergreen app. You can't book appointments over the phone anymore only through the app. Then you have to sit on hold anyway after they allocate you an appointment on the app that isn't suitable. Everyone should have the choice of being able to book through a phone call or through the app. At least over the phone you have an idea of when you'll be seen! Not a good change at all.

First time at this doctors since the closure of hawes lane and it was just brilliant Helen and another lady on reception were friendly and welcoming upon arrival Dr Yakub was very good professional and very informative explained what the next steps were going to be and I left feeling a weight lifted of my shoulders. If I could rate lower I would receptionist diabolical manner in way they talk and treat patients, ring for appointments no appointments fill an app in . You have got to be dying and you’re still not gonna bee seen . Many people think the same awful practice in area you should be ashamed of your performance and it’s being taken further. Missed tablets off prescriptions double journeys to there knowing your I’ll . Should be closed down. Call for appointment we can’t see you go through app why they rattle to each other .
