Newly renovated care home in central location. Nicely decorated but care was definitely hit and miss. We had to point out lots of things and the whole experience became just a big ball of stress. Mum went down hill to not being able to walk more than a few steps after coming from rehab, thankfully we have now got her walking again.

The renovations are incredible and it's a very cosy, warm and relaxed environment unlike alot of homes which have a sterile , corporate feel to them

Lovely place. Looked after our Mum so well for her last few weeks. Really caring staff from nurses to carers, cooks and cleaners. Couldn’t do more for her and us making us feel so welcome and at home during difficult days. You couldn’t want more. Thank you. X

Excellent conditioned rooms that makes one feel just at home with well trained and dedicated carers. The care from the nurses is simply outstanding. Highly recommend.

Mum has been here a year and its been great for her. Great for us as she is looked after like a member of the family. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Throughout the pandemic is been good to know she is looked after and has company. Would highly recommend this home

Lovely place, clean, friendly and familiar environment.
Staff so kind and approachable every time we`ve been there.
A pleasure to entertaining the residents with our Dancing Show @The Pines.They are engaged in many different activities so important for their wellbeing.

THE SERVICE IS AWEFUL
THE FOOD WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE TOP NOSH IS DREADFUL .

WHAT IS GOING ON SPENDING THOUSANDS OF POUNDS WITH VERY LITTLE CARE

The staff makes a lot of noise. They gather in the smoking area and shout and talk. My sleep patterns have been disrupted a lot because of them.
