All the staff are so helpful. Reception staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help book an appropriate appointment. Every single GP I've seen at the Penn Surgery has given me the time to hear my problem and come up with practical solutions. Since a restructure in how appointments are booked it's been reasonably easy to get booked in. My daughter rang 9am with a big worry and got seen face to face the same day! I've had the same experience. Thanks folks!

I was attended to by a very pleasant Doctor Ghokul who asked me numerous questions to try and ascertain why I was struggling with hip pain
He showed me various diagrams of the hip and did a thorough physical examination.
He took time to explain my pain relief treatment plan ,failing which he explained the way forward with further tests
He was sympathetic while not overbearing.
It's the first time that met Dr Gokhul and I left feeling reassured and positive
Also the receptionist was pleasant and very courteous,even though I was in a bit of pain it was a very pleasant visit

I attended the Penn surgery today for my 1 year olds immunisations. I also had my 4 year old with me. We saw Mandi Fisher who was fantastic. She was very welcoming and very kind to my older son giving him a pen to colour in with whilst he waited. Mandi was very professional and communicated exactly what the injections were and what to potentially expect over the coming days. She did the injections quickly which reduced the amount of upset to my baby and stress to me. Thank you again for your wonderful calm and kind nature.
