Cannot express how utterly awful this practice is. No care for patients health at all you can't book an appointment unless you can wait 3+ weeks for it to then be cancelled!

Unfortunately, I’ve only had bad experiences here. First, my friend who is registered as a temporary resident was almost turned away at her appointment because her temporary resident time allocation had run out (she made the appointment 4 week earlier when she was within that timeframe and that was the earliest time they could see her). Thankfully after her explaining the situation, they let her see a doctor.

I too asked for an appointment to do a health check up because there were a few health concerns I had. It was booked 3/4 weeks in advance because that’s the earliest they could see me. I took the day off work, paid someone to drive me to the centre, only to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes until the doctor came out and said something came up and they won’t be able to see me today.

My partner also went in recently. He needed a full check up. He booked in advance and had to ask work for a holiday day to be used to go to the doctor. He also arranged for someone to drive him there. He got there and the same thing happened, he was told his doctor had an emergency appointment so he couldn’t see him anymore.

I understand there is a hierarchy when it comes to emergency and non-emergency patients in a hospital. But this is a doctor’s practice. I should be able to trust that when I book an appointment, I will see a doctor.

The system is broken.
My husband was referred to a physiotherapist who identified 2 separate health issues.
To receive treatment for these issues entailed the dreaded ringing up at 8 am. He rang at 8 o'clock to be told all lines were busy and to ring back later, he rang later to be told all lines were busy and to ring back later, the third time he was 'lucky' and was number 25 in the call queue. After an hour of the most hideous music imaginable, (obviously carefully chosen to put off all but the most dogged and determined nhs patients ) and hearing the numbers slowly counting down, it was his turn , oh the excitement!!! He was told there were no appointments left and that he should have rung between 8 and 8.30.
So frustrating.

Truly awful - delayed referrals, an absolute miracle if you get to actually speak to a doctor yet alone see one. Pre-lockdown we had an ongoing issue, their refusal to actual listen to the concern and arrange a face to face appointment led to Bell's palsy. We are unfortunately stuck with them as our provider, honestly worrying try your best to find an alternative

Amazing staff,and service is fantastic.Always get an appointment or a telephone appointment within a day or so.They all work extremely hard to keep the small practice running well and I am very glad to be a patient there.

Absolutely cannot fault the pharmacy/dispensary. Staff go above and beyond to help and are always lovely and friendly.
