I don't normally leave negative feedback, I just don't leave any at all but if anyone deserves it, its Les Rance. I renewed our subscription in May, ok it wasn't in January but I still paid full subs and expected my back dated magazines as quoted on the Parrot Society Website I quote * Membership applications after January will receive all back issues of the monthly magazines for the current year *.Now ok they put a small article in the December issue from the chairman stating that they weren't sending back issues anymore ,but I'm sorry December is a very busy month and who reads every little thing in the mag. When we renewed there was no email or anything stating said change and the website was still promising back issues up to this Saturday 13th July when it mysteriously changed. When I asked Mr Rance about the back issues he was arrogant, patronising and rude, speaking to me like I was some kind of idiot. I then requested a refund as who joins part way through the year if you're not getting the back issues, I was firstly ignored so I had to ask again ,I then received our refund along with a arrogant message, the thing Mr Rance didn't know was that ours was a family membership and he wasn't speaking to me he was speaking to my partner. We sent an email after we got our refund asking how they can still be stating on the website that they will send the back issues, when they have obviously changed their policy on this in January. To this question we have yet to receive a reply. ?
