Staff are both lovely and informative.

I was a little nervous going with my 8 week old for our checkups and his first jabs, but Dr Livesey was very careful during my son's checkup and made me feel at ease. I usually feel pretty nervous around male doctors, but felt safe and listened to and respected when my checkup came around. It was really nice leaving an appointment and not crying on the way out.

The nurse who did his first jabs was lovely as well, quick to set us up for our next appointment and made sure she explained what was happening, what we should expect and we went home with a leaflet in case we needed more information to hand.

Excellent service throughout this practice Nurse's Doctors, receptionist been a patient for over 25 years and I don't have one complaint. Always kept up to date on appointments,medication, and Injections, they are so helpful in every respect. What would we do without them especially thru the pandemic

Good when you can actually get to see them. You spend 35mins on the phone waiting to book a face to face appointment, when your call gets answered no matter what is wrong with you, always get told there are no appointments available this week and they will only book you a telephone appointment if its urgent. That's even if the urgent problem is better dealt with face to face. Not sure how they expect doctors to give a diagnosis over the phone for something that could potentially be serious if not seen to.
