My husband and I joined the practice a few months ago, and are absolutely delighted we did. This practice is such a breath of fresh air!
We are both on long term medications, and the transition has been seamless, even with my complicated special import prescriptions.
Every appointment has been easy to book online, and we've been seen same day every time.
We cannot fault the care we've had. The doctors reception staff, and pharmacy staff have been excellent. Thank you so much

I have just had the rudest most ignorant doctor call me back after waiting over seven hours for callback, told me he was really busy to chat so get to the point of what was wrong with me.
Didn't really listen to me, told me to quickly pick a chemist to pick my tablets up from or he would pick the chemist for me
Didn't even say bye and put the phone down.
I know doctors are busy but they get paid to do a job if they are over worked then don't take on so many patients.
I'm English and pay my national insurance make foreigners pay like we have to when we go aboard.

Can't be bothered rec rude never get sorted they are over paid and under worked should go back50 years could just walk in wait your tern and get seen to at 7 in morning till 8 pm

I have been with this practice for 20 years, and it is becoming virtually impossible to get an appointment with a GP. The website used to make bookings and renew prescriptions is cluttered looking, and not simple to use; it is also often unable to offer any appointments at all. It feels as though the practice will do anything it can to discourage you from seeing a GP. Most of the GPs are good, if you can see them. However, I have had bad experiences with one GP, and reception staff are pretty rude.

I can't thank Parish fields enough I moved to Diss 5 years ago and have needed support over the year but more so this year weather it's for me,my kids or my mum, they have all been amazing including the reception team. Thank you so much for the continuing support.

Fantastic surgery. Online request to speak with a clinician made. One hour later GP rang me back and booked in for a face to face the same day. If you need to see someone, they will see you if its humanly possible. Stop moaning at the NHS, it serves us well.

Just curious if they are ever going to open properly again. They have been on emergency only for weeks. My mother, who is 90, wanted to speak to someone as she was worried about a rather nasty rash that had appeared. The receptionist told her she couldn't do anything and put the phone down. What has happened to them?
