This surgery has very rude staff. I'm not a person who contacts the doctors regularly, I have to be in pain or discomfort to ring. I dont like bothering unless need too. I've been in pain for about 6weeks treating it at home, pain has got very much worse. I ask for a appointment to see a doctor. They rang me was extremely rude. They said, " which needs sorting the quickess" wasn't interested in my other problems. This isn't the 1st time they have been rude. I am moving to a new doctors surgery. I hope you don't treat all patients like this. I'm not been spoken to rude and you wasn't interested in listening to me.

I hate to give it 1 star as the receptionist & nurses are amazing. But, this is let down by Dr Sheena Kurien-George. I have never in my 60 years met such a rude, dismissive & uncaring Doctor. I won't go into a long rant, as it seems other reviewers think the same. But needless to say, I won't be visiting her again & I highly suggest you request a different Doctor too

Worst surgery ever. Have been registered with this gp surgery since last 3 yrs and have not been able to book a single face to face appointment in these last 3 yrs. Have been wanting to see my gp and have got one telephonic appointment last year. Every time I am told to call at 8am and when you get through the call after that time due to busy lines you are told to try again next day. The staff is so rude on phone and give you the option to call 999 rather than helping you out. I wanted a copy of my test reports and was declined by a rude lady at the reception.

Lovely staff and knowledgeable Doctors , both doctors I have seen have been sympathetic and listened to me. Reception staff are always friendly and happy to help. I’m sure they are sick of seeing my name pop up but there always so lovely .

Almost 500 redials this morning trying to get an appointment for my baby. Absolutely shocking.
Surely there has to be another way to make an appointment. It needs to seriously be looked at.

Very poor service. Staff are not helpful. Hardly can get any appointment. After several attempted finally got an appointment for 1pm. ( when I made the appointment , they didn't mention that the door will be closed and I have to wait) which I didn't have any clue.
I went there 10 minutes before 1pm and waited till 5 past 1 but the door was closed. Phone line was closed till 1.30pm due to lunch break. I called at 1.30pm to the surgery to find out if my appointment was actually 1pm. They said it was and should have just waited because they opened the door in a couple of minutes.
I'm in a lot of pain, now I have to wait till Monday or go to A&E.

I went for my contraceptive implant changed yesterday with Doctor George and she has done an exceptional job. The tiniest little cut to remove the old implant and no bruising whatsoever. My appointment was on time and the staff were all amazing
