Worst surgery ever. Unfortunately this is my practice. Last time they took 1.5 hours to answer the phone, receptionist always rude. Can only book online between 8-2pm, I tried to book double appointment and they basically said it wasn't important enough to get appointment. They never call back. Dr Nassar extremely rude. Twice they have stopped me getting my medication because it need review (going cold turkey could be fatal), they even put me on the wrong medication twice that made me sick and nearly killed me. Sadly I’m stuck with this practice. *not my real name on here

Worst gp ever waited over 3 weeks for an appointment than they called me on the day to say we can fit you in for this afternoon.
I came 3 minutes late the receptionist was like see ya later very rude.
I am going to find a nearby gp this is very bad service.

Disappointed with service and been waiting for 1h.
Should NHS consider check this kind of practice.
Receptionist don’t know which nursery can take a blood test and not even when will be available to do it.
Appointments running late without explanations GP empty.

I signed up to this surgery a few weeks ago and my experience so far has been excellent. I have connected pretty quickly to the receptionists who have been courteous and helpful. The telephone appointment with the Dr to monitor my medication took place on time and was helpful. The blood test that was called for happened on time with little waiting on my part. So far, so good.

A very good surgery, with very helpful staff. They are polite, knowledgeable and warmth. I can thank them enough for how support they are, always going the extra mile and considerate. I am glad I am a patient here, I have not had any problems with getting appointments and the reply quickly on the online requests.

This is the worst Surgery in the world, forgot trying to get an appointment to see a doctor, they have hardly any, you cannot book any yourself, just go to A&E.

Really irresponsible to patients. It is hard to book an appointment. They also booked me for a telephone appointment after three days but never called me. They are too careless with people.

Not happy with the lady today that called me I said that me one of my meds has run out and and she was so very rude on the phone I told her if I don’t have this medication I will be in hospital again and she did not care on the phone she said I have to wait till the 29th of may a phone call from the doctor I am very worried now I have run out of my medication and I no I will be back in hospital
