They've forgot the purpose of the place and have totally lost perspective of anything relating to the sacred "Hypocritical oath".

Seems like the recepcionist has ran out of human touch and tolerance for humans, and forgot how important that job is for anyone entering the practice that needs attention.

I deeply feel for the older patients that have no other choice and have to stand that level of disrespect and total lack of empathy, even before reaching the actual Doctor.
(if you have some free time, just sit in the waiting room for a while and observe the demeanor and listen to the action. It's appalling).

A brand new practice has opened just two blocks up the road, and they seem human, caring and welcoming ... so I guess this Old Surgery can keep on with their old ways and unprofessionalism.

My partner called today to book appointment for our son who is under 3 y.o. to book appointment due to wheeze and cough. Receptionist told us they are busy and to try over the counter medication . Pharmacist said it's ridiculous as he should be seen by GP ASAP. Came back just to hear that they are fully booked and they can book him in tomorrow at 5 pm.

I work myself at GP surgery and asked for advice here as i can't count on the GP surgery i am registered with. I am aware of the bust winter flu/strep A but my son with a history of wheeze/a&e and ambulance coming to pick him up as he was so poorly is telling me to but non-existing medication.

Thanks for not helping . As parents we do all to protect our child but without help of GP we have to bother 111 which shouldn't happen.

This is the worst GP practice I have ever seen. The doctors are incompetent; I have had to tell them the protocol for managing patients on bidphosphonate drugs as they were completely unaware of NHS guidelines. There is 1 receptionist who is very rude. The worst part is that this GP surgery provided almost NO care for patients during the pandemic unlike other healthcare professionals such as stern pharmacy across the road who actually provided medical advice and care for patients in need. This practice is a disgrace to NHS healthcare. Even now they act as though patients are all infectious and lock the door unless you have an agreed appointment. No patient centred care or planning in the covid recovery plan. This GP practice is awful.

Shockingly bad service, got worse throughout the years as well!! Leaving this dump after 12 years, I’ve had many terrible experiences but this last one was the last straw. Receptionists have serious attitude problems, talk over and shout and wouldn’t even let you speak. Most incompetent GP Surgery you can find in London. Avoid at all costs.

Well, where shall I start? I am incredibly disappointed at the service of this practice, if it was possible I wouldn't even give it a star! I fail to understand how such massive errors could be made on a repeat prescription of HRT. I then wrote a complaint email addressed to the practice manager which the receptionist opened and I assume did not pass on as I still have heard nothing from the practice manager.

However 7 years ago, when Dr Daz was still there the practice was amazing! It's such a shame that it has fallen to ruins, perhaps this is why I am so upset as I know what good service should be!

I do appreciate my gp, they can only do their best. The fact they are unable to fulfill the need of every patient all the time in terms of appointments or waiting it's not down to them. Its more down to the pressure and the increase of number of patients. They are working under a system that restrict them to certain level of service .
