Visited NHSC in hope of getting some help with hair loss and scalp irritation.
Lisa was so great and made me feel really comfortable. I found the whole experience to be really interesting and informative and now have a treatment plan and the knowledge hopefully to help get my hair (and linked issues) back to optimum health.

Lisa made me feel very comfortable and listened to me. She was very thorough with my appointment. Medical history, scalp scan to look at new hairs and my scalp. She advised what she thinks is the problem and gave me a treatment plan. I can’t really comment yet as it’s only been a few weeks. I will definitely be going back for a follow up appointment and know I can message or call if I need any further advice in the meantime. I’m just hoping it works 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Amazing! I feel really self conscious about my hair but instantly felt at ease with Lisa. She is so kind and knew so much, I now have ideas to help my hair. I loved that she doesn’t push for you to buy any products or go back to the clinic but I absolutely will go back!

I have been to see Lisa 2 times now and am so pleased with the overall experience. Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable, and she combines it with her friendly and warm nature. I didn't know what to expect and was a little scared and embarrassed at going, but there is no need to feel like that at all. You will be reassured as soon as you meet Lisa. Lisa was very welcoming upon arrival, as being my first visit to the clinic I was quite nervous. Lisa blew me away with her knowledge and expertise from the start. I had an extremely thorough consultation. I got to visualise what was actually happening to my hair and scalp, and background information/nutrition were fully analysed. Everything was explained to me fully. A diagnosis, full treatment plan, full report were given to me. After my visit I left without the need to further google anything!! I would fully recommend this clinic to anyone who may have any concerns! Thank you for your time and help.

I found this clinic via Google and managed to get an appointment within days. Id been to many gp appointments and wasnt getting anywhere with the ointment/shampoos. I met with Lisa and discussed the scalp issues I was having which she re-diagnosed, Lisa made me feel very comfortable and at ease and talked me through the treatment and explained everything in detail. Afterwards I was confident I knew what I was then dealing with going forward and how to treat/manage and I also left with a lovely clean scalp.
The clinic was immaculate and a lovely environment too , I'm very happy and would highly recommend .

Excellent consultation. Lisa is kind and professional and it was a pleasure to visit the practice. We received the diagnosis and detailed treatment plan in one visit. Will follow up in six to eight weeks as advised.
