I have had a hernia operation at the New Foscote hospital on the NHS as well as treatment for varicose veins privately funded. The staff and environment has been amazing for both. I have felt very well cared for; staff are friendly and helpful, checking I was okay from the moment I was admitted. And offering refreshments to myself and relatives. Environment was clean and relaxing and the food was delicious!

Dr Riaz was very good and clear with the options I had for my surgery and the aftercare has been received well.
Only criticism I will give is I had to attend the hospital early in the morning and was not seen until mid afternoon and was not really informed of why I had such a long wait. Overall though I had a very good experience of the Foscote Hospital.

Recently underwent some physiotherapy at The New Foscote Hospital. Everything about my experience was great. Helpful, professional and friendly staff add to the efficient operation I experienced every time I visited.
Vishnu was wonderful. A really friendly, skilled and a highly proficient professional. It was a pleasure to visit each week. He was mindful of my pain and also careful to explain all stages of the treatment. Would highly recommend him and the hospital too.

I underwent a partial knee replacement at the New Foscote 3 weeks ago, courtesy of the NHS, and had excellent treatment and care from every single member of staff as,an inpatient. As an outpatient, my experience of physio with Vishnu has been equally excellent. Thank you all.

Vishnu treated me for a badly swollen and very stiff knee.
He diagnosed the problem and explained the treatment I would require .
He was extremely diligent and caring.
It transpired he was also correct as my knee improved and became pain free.
Excellent service.

The hospital is clean, comfortable and welcoming. When I entered I was greeted by a friendly receptionist (I believe her name was Kish), and she booked me in quickly and offered me a beverage of my choice. My experience with the staff and doctor was pleasant and I intend to return for more scans soon.

The most amazing, empathetic and kind staff in the world. Hira Charity and Rachel each went out of their way to put me at ease when I told them how scared I was of my MRI because I am claustrophobic. They succeeded! What absolutely wonderful people! I cannot thank them enough. I cannot recommend the New Foscote Hospital enough. A fantastic experience. Huge thanks!
