Impossible to get in touch with anyone. I waited for the vaccine for years and finally got one (wow unbelievable), but wasn’t sure if I should have a follow up one. I asked them over the phone and see if I should have a follow up injection. They said they’ll check with the nurse and get back to me within the day but never received an answer for 3 weeks even I made 5 more calls to chase this simple answer. The staffs apparently do not want to work there. The kept telling me to check with the lady I spoke to initially but never wanted to offer any help. Very disappointed.

I recently received a parking ticket. Firstly since when did euro car parks take over? The barriers were open like they always are and I was parked in a bay with a badge. I had proof of my appointment so hopefully I won’t be charged. If I am I definitely will not be paying Nelson can deal with it.

Specifically orthopaedics, Dr Day.
I took my mum here for an appointment, a 9am appointment only to be told by the nurse "Dr Day is usually late as he takes his kids to school" well - it's half term. The Dr finally turns up more than 30 mins late, sits in his room for 10 mins before calling my mum in then doesn't even apologise for the inconvenience. She then gets sent for x-rays which could have been done whilst waiting for the Dr to arrive. If this guy is notoriously late, why bother making 9am appointments? Only reason for 3 stars is that I have been here separately for other services and have always been happy with care provided, it's also very clean and fresh.

Terrible experience. Waited a year and a half for a dermatologist appointment for an allergic reaction. Was referred by my GP and had the must un-empathetic unbothered Dr. Ignored my queries and concerns where I requested a patch test to be done for them to not even offer them here. This is suppose to be a DERMATOLOGIST. Doesn't make sense. Now having to wait months and months more for the patch test appointment. Staff were really short and unfriendly. The doctor just repeated what my GP had already said. Didnt recommend skincare products or anything. super unhelpful and really upset after waiting for so long. Don't waste your time.

Impossible to get a general appointment with the Gp. On occasions I’ve paid to go private for more urgent matters as the Ask first app is simply awful. I feel for elder patients. This practice is not working well in terms of GP access. Something needs to be done.

Really disappointing radiology and reception process. I've now been twice at 12.30 and 4pm which fit within the opening times but told no one is working during lunch and they've clocked off by 4pm and turned away both times. Been trying to use them rather than going to an A&E hospital service but the whole process needs more clarity. Receptionists said yesterday that I couldn't book. Today, they asked why I hadn't. Having taken time off work twice to be there, plus being in pain, it feels inadequate.

Such an excellent surgery - all the staff are caring, friendly and solve problems in a flexible, human way - no 'computer says no' mentality. I always have an excellent service here despite all the pressure they are under. Thank you so much to all the staff x

This medical practice is an absolute shambles. It is so hard to arrange any appointments. They seem like they just don't want to see anyone. It is often quicker to walk there than try and deal with them over the phone as it takes so long to just get through the queue.
Even then, they are not very helpful.
Today, I went in at 8am to rearrange an appointment. The girl tapped at the computer and said she couldn't do anything until 9am and that I should call back then. I did this, only to be told that they can't do appointment bookings (even though I chose the appointments menu option) and someone would call me back.
The leadership team here should hang their heads in shame and resign.
