A visit to this thought provoking centre is a must - so important to learn and contemplate and remember. Beautiful grounds and location, informative interactive exhibition, and what a sobering privilege to hear and meet survivors of the Holocaust.

It's a sobber place to visit but a need to go place to see what happened during 1923 to 1945,the vist centre is a must for the younger people who don't believe that this happened. The centre is brilliant with interactive displays and pieces from those who survived. £10 for a ticket but lasts for 12 months, beautiful gardens to sit and enjoy, nice cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff where brilliant, would highly recommend that you go there.

An extremely moving experience.
The horror of the holocaust is portrayed in a way that draws you in to absorb as much information as you can as you wind your way around the exhibition.
The gardens of reflection are a peaceful and beautiful area to pay tribute to all those people whose lives were so cruelty cut short by pure evil.

I had no idea there was a national holocaust museum in the UK. One that when you enter you immerse in the life experiences of the time. Such a poignant and intense experience of the history of WWII. Everyone should visit this place to learn and never forget history.

This Holocaust Museum is so interesting but devastating at the same time. Nothing can really make you realise what the tortured people went through.

This Museum gives you a small insight to the conditions and the way people treated.

Only 45 minutes drive from Sheffield. Definitely worth a visit. You will need at least 2 hours to get the full benefit so you can, read. Watch video footage. Visit the souvenir shop and buy interesting books.

Then visit the onsite cafe to rest and have a good think of what you have just visited.
