ZERO STARS!! The worst GP ever!! You try arrange appointments at 8am or after and all they can say is: “we are full to capacity and we cannot offer you an appointment” or go to the pharmacy. Whether it’s for yourself or child they don’t care! Absolutely rubbish!!

Extremely disappointing service. Despite my best efforts to arrive on time, unavoidable roadworks delayed me by just 10 minutes, yet I was refused my appointment. I explained that I was in severe pain, but the staff showed no concern or flexibility. A healthcare facility should prioritize patient well-being, not rigid policies that disregard genuine emergencies. Very poor experience.

Daughter has been sat waiting all day to receive a call from the GP. Gets to 5pm and still no call. Calls the surgery to be told that the call will be between 6.30pm and 9pm. Why not make it easier and relay this information, so people waiting for calls don't ring up because they haven't had one. Then receptionist moan because they are abused for doing their job, do it better. I'm probably going to have the same issue for my call.

Google really need to start doing 0.5 because the service at this GP is the worst. My mums been in pain for weeks and somehow they expect the elderly to go on their website to sign up for an appointment? Very stupid system. They’re no better over the phone and the website is outdated

I have been attempting to get an appointment for over a week now.. Getting onto the portal as early as I possibly can, and almost immediately it says the surgery is full and cannot take anymore appointments. I need antibiotics and my partner needs medication but how are we supposed to raise these concerns if we can’t speak to anyone I have just recently joined the surgery and WILL be changing as it seems they shouldn’t have accepted our request if they are so bloody full!!!!

This is the worst GP out there. The receptionist have a god complex and think they're superior when booking appointments. You never see a GP. The other "health care professionals" just tell you to go A&E or give you medication that is irrelevant. This place needs to be shut down. Theres a unprofessional asian lad at reception in evenings in a tracksuit...

“The Mounts Medical Centre has been a consistently frustrating experience. Getting an appointment with a doctor is nearly impossible, and the staff and management are among the rudest and most argumentative people I’ve encountered. The clinic seems overwhelmed with too many patients yet continues to accept more, which might explain its poor CQC rating. I reached out to report the unfair treatment I received. Thankfully, I’ve since moved to a new practice where I’m finally receiving the proper care I deserve—it’s been a huge relief.”
