My husband was with this team suffering from difficulties with his mental health and his support worker, Christy, helped him deal with his condition by providing information and advice on what to do when he was suffering and when he didn’t care to keep living his life. Thankyou Christy.

Nothing but liars waited nearly 12 months to see a long term trauma councilar to be put back to talking therapies who have already said I need trauma support. What is the point in carrying on when your a static. The numbers I was given to ring for out of hours couldn't support me as I'm no longer under the treatment team

Awful. Do not go here. Even the good staff are ruined by malicious lies in the reports to make you seem something you are not. Terrible assessments. Doctors who are clearly unqualified even in language. Emplaced emotions etc. terrible assessments. They are not interested in helping your health and when you see what they are putting you will realise it's a sham and it will only worsen your health.

Genuinely don't understand the reason they exist.

I'm still on my journey with the Mount and it's not been easy getting to this stage, but everyone has been so fantastic with me, especially Adele and Dr Ip. Thank you so much for your support, I don't know what I would have done without you.

I spent over an hour for my first appointment here recently. I was lucky to get the last space in the free car park. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The waiting area and clinic room were clean and comfortable. The clinical staff treated me with courtesy, care and patience. I was put at ease and given choices as appropriate and the opportunity to ask any questions at intervals. All in all the experience was entirely positive for me.

Shockingly bad mental health assessment carried out on my brother. Spent 26hrs sat on a chair in the urgent care waiting room at Blackburn hospital to get this appointment. What an absolute waste of my time! Now having to pay private!

The first thing a mental health professional should be doing when dealing with an autistic adolescent with behavioural/depressive/withdrawal symptoms is screen or atleast ASK for sleep disorders in that patient. A quick Google and 90% of autistic people have sleep disorders, so clearly they're incompetent and have 0 awareness of comorbid conditions (and I'm not even going to name the doctors).

Awful terrible experience. Rang on advice from crisis team for a family member. Spoke to a " nurse" called Denise who spoke at length to family member, realised how poorly he was and promised a swift appt. After a week of no contact ( even though we had repeatedly tried contacting her ).I finally spoke to her. She denied all she had said. Shame on her. Nurses like her give good mental health workers a terrible reputation. She is not fit to be practicing as a nurse. I despair. I feel so sad and let down. I was directed by services to contact the mount. I hold her personally responsible for the week long downward spiral of family members mental health getting worse. She is a convincing liar.
