Lennie is excellent- like a lot of people with back problems i came initially needing " an emergency fix" but now i am on a self care maintenance programme. Lennie is always friendly, caring and i know my back etc is in great shape now. Thanks

If there was an option to review as less than 1 star I would! I got into the building and there was no receptionist so just sat in the waiting area hoping it was right. Five minutes into my appointment I get a call from the physio saying they’re in the car park. It’s 10 minutes before my appointment was about to end and still the physio is a no-show. As I’m getting up to leave they walk into the reception area and, without apologising, tell me how traffic and parking have been a nightmare. I cannot recommended NOT having physio appointments here because apparently they can’t even turn up on time for their clients. Over an hour of my weekend totally wasted!

This was my first appointment at The Mind Body Clinic.

This appointment was booked as a matter of urgency. I was able to get the appointment on the day and as painful as it was, the issue has been resolved and today, I feel much better and am able to physically move and conquer the day.

I plan to return on a monthly basis and would recommend it to others.
