I had exceptional service, help and support from all the staff from the moment I walked into the hospital to the moment I left. The ward staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They could not have been more attentive to my needs. The surgeon and his team were very friendly and put me at easy on the built up to the operation. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the food was excellent.

Update: two weeks now since the spinal surgery has been done, I am amazingly well, no pain in the legs, still recovering, but the strength of my legs is much better.

I attended The Meridan Hospital on 24/08/24 for a bunion correction on the NHS after having to previously postpone 3 weeks before, after coming back off holiday with some unpleasant bites. I was impressed how quickly my operation with Mr Nandhara was rescheduled. From my initial consultation and post operative appointments / bloods, to my arrival and discharge on operation day, every member of staff was very friendly and professional. From Pauline and the lovely Carol who looked after me during the day, to my consultant, physio, theatre and catering staff (the food was delicious), I couldn’t fault the care I received and highly recommend this hospital. I will hopefully be having my other bunion operated on once this one has healed and look forward to experiencing the same level of care on my next visit.

I had such a positive experience with all the team in endoscopy. From start to finish everyone was brilliant. I was nervous, and nurse Jo made me feel comfortable and safe while doing my admission. She made sure I was fully aware of what was going to happen. Dr Raman was brilliant, really quick, efficient and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Nurse Michael kept me calm during the procedure and was really comforting. Thank you so much to the other two nurses present too, Alison and another lovely female nurse whose name I’ve forgotten now but was in the procedure room with me for my procedure today 29/11/24 at 9am. Thank you to all the team, you were all wonderful.

Had a nights stay for an atrial ablation procedure. And I have to same the hospital and especially all of the staff were absolutely amazing! So friendly, attentive and professional at all times! Thank you for looking after me so so well! Shout out to Josh, Lee, Pep, Carol and the catering staff as the food was also first class!
