I’m unsure on the outcome from contacting the Medical Negligence experts, however I must compliment Jack who I spoke with on the phone in the first instance. I’ve spoken to a few contact centre agents from different negligence claim lines and i have to say that Jack was the most efficient, kind and professional out of all of them. He stood out because of the way he listened to my problem. He was very knowledgable and empathetic towards me and my situation. Jack has great customer service skills. The line cut and he even called me back. At the end of the day when we are making contact with these kind of companies we are calling because something stressful has happened to us and we do have to go into personal details. So having someone like Jack to speak to is reassuring. Jack should get a promotion or pay rise! he is good with people and should be the role model on customer service for this company. I wish him very well in the future.

My wife contacted them at 8 am and had a lovely phone call at 8.30 that same morning and by 11.30 the solicitors we're on the phone to my wife and she's very happy and would highly recommend them

James was very efficient and sympathetic. He took his time to note everything down but unfortunately couldn't put me through to a solicitors as it was so late in the day. Hopefully I'll receive a call tomorrow 🙏🏻

The young lad who made contact with me was a credit to the company. He presented himself on the phone with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
My case was regarding a misdiagnosis by my GP, leading to an outcome of stage 4 terminal cancer.
Whilst the MNE team were not able to tale on my case due to timelines, they were very apologetic, and gave me options and advice of next steps that I could look into.
It was a pleasure to speak with them, and I felt comfortable throughout the telephone conversations with handing over my personal information.

Was hoping that they will help me, but none of solicitors were happy to work on my case because they can’t claim a big amount. I think that I deserve help not because they couldn’t receive a big amount but to prove on medical negligence. Despite the fact that I am in stress because of pain and consequences after the cosmetic surgery. Now even more depressed as had to share the pictures that I didn’t want to share. But I have been asked to share with a hope that they will be able to help me. As I have been said that documents that I provided are not enough as they couldn’t work out what exactly happened though everything was written on documents that I provided. Don’t recommend.
