I like Folly lane medical center never had any issues.
Appointment are easy enough to arrange.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The doctor's are really good they always treat me with so much Care.
Made me feel special and I feel like someone there really cares about my health.

Next to impossible to get appointments and even harder to get treatment. Reception staff are always lovely, as are most of the doctors. One doctor in particular who is a partner has been downright rude and dismissive on more than one occasion. Referrals and prescriptions are regularly misplaced and have to be chased down by patients. A lot of time-wasting and very little regard for how this actually affects patients.

Absolutely phenomenal level of care from Dr Leach and her team seeing me through some difficulties recently and getting to the bottom of it by doing every test possible so very quickly and offering mental health support too. I am so grateful that my sanity and sobriety have been protected by your amazing level of care. Thank you. SH

Terrified of needles however had my blood done by Hattie today and she was absolutely fantastic, walked me through the whole thing and ensured I stayed calm. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with blood tests before.

Had a appointment arrived to be told it was at 13'15 not 1.15 even though it was written down for me then to be told the nurse can not see me because she has to go and pick her son up from school even though I was sat in the waiting room for 20 min and I was early. Half HR to be told this. Discrasfull.

Recently moved to the area and registered with this GP. Have needed to use them twice and both times have had prompt phone calls and then gone in for examination. All members of staff have been really helpful and put me at ease.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and generally received excellent support. They have even recently offered 7am appointments to accommodate my working pattern.

I know the phone system is frustrating but I have usually been seen when it's been urgent or contacted about other options when more routine.

I think the NHS in general is struggling so consider myself lucky to be with a surgery who seem to be trying to adapt to a challenging culture.
