I highly recommend The Medi Spa their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The girls Olivia, Chloe and Julia made me feel so welcome on arrival and throughout my visit to the Medi Spa. As for the Japanese head spa…. Wow, I literally woke up feeling so refreshed and relaxed as what I can only describe as pure heaven. I will definitely be returning and can’t wait to experience more of their treatments!

Been to The Medi Spa today for the 30 minute Infrared healing session. From walking in to leaving I was made to feel very welcome. Olivia showed me how the infrared machine worked and was very informative. Nothing was too much trouble.
Although the machine is like a capsule you don’t feel like you are closed in , You are able to open it and get out whenever you need to. I felt very relaxed and feel like my body has been detoxed.
I would recommend to try and also look forward to trying some of the other treatments that The Medi Spa offers.

Had my first experience in the Infrared Sauna Pod today and just WOW!! It was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had.. I wanted to not only relax but wanted to try the benefits stated for healing the body during cancer treatment.. I can't wait to see and feel the positive benefits of the healing. That aside, just using for relaxation purposes is absolutely amazing and I will definitely be having more!! What an amazing treatment to have available in our local area!!

I also had my nails and brows done by the lovely Julia ( I know, a real pamper afternoon!) and she did an absolutely amazing job!! I felt totally relaxed and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was looked after and left feeling totally chilled!.. well done ladies, a total gem of a clinic 👏🏻

First visit today for a lash lift, I was very nervous but honestly didn't need to be. Julia did mine today and she was incredible calming, talking me through every step.
